The Maritime Agency De Felice has made use of the contributions "POR CREO FESR 2014 - 2020, support for MPMI for the acquisition of services for innovation" (see Action 1.1.2 of ROP ERDF 2014-2020)

Project title: E-Yacht 2019

PROJECT SUMMARY: Over the past 2 years Agenzia De Felice has developed the first part of the E-YACHT application thanks to the support of the Call for tenders A - SUPPORT FOR MMS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SERVICES FOR INNOVATION POR CREO FESR 2014-2020 ASSE 1. With the present project called E-Yacht 2019 Agenzia De Felice intends to further develop the application focusing on the components related to customer relationship management. The objectives are: to create multi-channel interfaces to allow new and more effective interactions between customers and the company, improving the management of the relationship between these subjects and allowing customers to have a rapid and autonomous access, to the procedures involving them it. Development of the company's ERP areas dedicated to customers and the related connection protocols that allow to display the information present on the company ERP through the web platform - on private access, in presence of sensitive data, entered by the internal staff according to established protocols.
