From 1 September to 30 November 2024, an awareness Campaign will take place on the compliance of Seafarers' Enlistment Agreements (M.E.C.) and their salaries.

Therefore during this period P.S.C. inspections will be intensified on all ships covered by the International MLC 2006 and subsequent amendments.

Failure to comply could also lead to the detention of the vessel and publication in the monthly detention list provided for by the Tokyo and Paris MoUs.
