We take care of our clients and we strongly believe in crew training as a fundamental step to achieve the highest standard of luxury hospitality, and, we dare say, MORE.

Our Accademia Italiana Yacht Etiquette training courses aim to create extremely motivated and technically perfect  interior crew profiles, as well as work on people wellbeing and wellness on board.

Therefore our 2025 event will be focusing on this challenging balance between owners and guests outstanding experience on board, and the crew, especially meaning interior crew, sustainable professional commitment and satisfaction.
